30 minute demonstration on the variations and unique needs for a massage post birth. This protocol may be preformed on a non-Caesarean as early as 3 days postpartum and 2 weeks with a healed scar on a Caesarean mom. The use of heat from the Mother Roasting principles is incorporated into the techniques. This will help in the recovery time for all moms.
